Sexy Smokers has been around a long time now, and is definately on my "to review" list. It's run by the people at Smoke Signals, so you know you're in good hands. The site has been around almost since the very beginning of smoking fetish sites, 1994, and at just $4.95 for a 3 day tour, I'd say it was a must see.

I'm not 100% sure about the quality of the smoking content here, but the tour seems to understand what smoking fetishists are looking for and promises a variety of cigarettes, cigars, and smoking techniques, plus XXX smoking sex content.

Ultimate Smoking is a nice looking site, made in Sweden I believe. It has some great free previews & I would dearly love to see inside the members area. When funds permit I shall be exercising my credit card and letting you guys know if the private area lives up to the excellent free tour. If you join before me and fancy doing a review, let me know! To my annoyance, the tour doesn't specify how much content is available, but it claims that the site is updated every day, so if this is true, there should be a ton of content in the members area. Smoking Foxes looks great and is high on my list of sites to review.
